Where I'm at these days...

Still need to get the DVD player to start the Insanity workout.
Working out on my own, doing my own thing at the moment - and it's always yielded great results.

The best workout I've ever gotten was just playing music, and randomly doing whatever felt good
and felt like I was moving every part of my body.  Whether it was stretching, dancing, or just
moving in general.  Your body always knows best,  I'm pretty sure that's true.

I'm at 181 lbs now.

Happier than ever.

On my way to being even better than my best....

That's always the goal.
