Thankful for muscle memory

Officially back in the habit of hitting it hard in my basement with my unusual workout routines. Already noticing the muscles in my stomach again. Feeling stronger and more energetic. For a starting point I am at 187lbs, I'll check back on that in a month or two. I also grabbed a copy of the Insanity DVDs and am determined to earn a shirt in 60 days... Watch me.

I've also been packing in my misplaced vegetables and I have to say, it's exactly what I needed. My body is already starting to crave the right foods and pass on the junk. It's nice to take naps, but I'm glad I'm not sleeping through life. It's good to be awake.
